Responsible for the management of the overall purchasing operations of the company.
To drive local sourcing initiatives, conducting pricing/contract and commercial negotiations, vendor management, ensuring compliance to internal control standards in all sourcing activities.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma, Degree in Purchasing Management, Business or equivalent.
At least 3 years of hands-on professional purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent sourcing, negotiating and analytical skills.
Knowledge in ERP systems and ISO compliance requirements is preferred.
Planning, developing and implementation of Customer Relationship Management programs and activities in line with business strategies.

Management of customer database.
Work with marketing team and sales operations to improve customers' experience.
Responsible for handling customers' feedback, enquiries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in CRM, Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer relations or corporate communications environment.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; ability to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and local dialects will be an added advantage.

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Knowledge in taking Pre and Post tender and contract activities (including costing, tender preparation, evaluation of claim and finalization of accounts)
To work closely with customers in recommending cabinetry design and space planning solutions, prepare sales quotations, and process orders.
To effectively coordinate installations and ensure that deadlines are met, and follow up with relevant parties as and when required.
Report to the Branch Manager on sales prospects, weekly reviews, after-sales collection, after sales service, etc.
To display a high level of customer relations service and professionalism when dealing with customers.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Certificate/ Diploma/Degree or equivalent; with at least 2 years of sales experience. (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
Experience in customer relations, related product knowledge and designing skills is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge in AutoCad is an added advantage.
Good communication and listening skills, with the ability to find connections between company’s products and client’s needs and to provide alternative solutions.
