The SIGNATURE Group, Malaysia’s leading kitchen manufacturer and total home and living

customised solutions mark another major milestone with the launching of its new Signature

Flagship Store today; with an investment of close to RM15 million and a built-up area of 50,000 sq ft, making it the largest one-stop interior design solutions showroom in Malaysia featuring first-of-its-kind in customized designs for whole-house home living solutions.

A Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) for strategic collaboration with major brand

partners and new dealers signing event was held following the official launching of Signature

Flagship Store located at Lot 24, Jalan Teknologi, Taman Sains Selangor, Kota Damansara,

47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The companies were represented by their key executives from Signature, Mr KC Tan, Group CEO, Mr Skyler Chong, Chief Executive Officer of Signature’s Retail Business, Signature

Distribution Sdn. Bhd., Mr Jimmy Tan Chee Wee, Senior Director of Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd., Dato’ Ngei Chee Chau, CEO of Feruni Ceramiche Sdn. The event was witnessed by Signature International Berhad’s Group Managing Director, Mr

Chiau Haw Choon, Mr KS Lau, CEO of Signature’s Project Business, Mr Simon Leong,

Director of Operations, Ms Jessica Lim, Director of Finance, Scanwolf Corporation Berhad’s

Executive Director Dato’ CK Cheong, along with other distinguished guests and media


The signing of MoU aims to strengthen the strategic collaboration between Signature and the

above brand partners by pooling their respective expertise to enhance the marketing and

promotional activities for the purpose of providing home and living customised solutions. Being major players in their respective sectors, the alliance will help to boost brand awareness for all parties, at the same time allowing customers to benefit from the added value and ideas generated by the interplay of the premium brands.

To effectively penetrate the B2C segment, Signature has also appointed Cube Creation

Design Sdn. Bhd., Centrid Hub Sdn. Bhd., Zestos Living Sdn. Bhd. and Lusso Design Sdn.

Bhd. as Signature dealers to extend its nationwide coverage. The four new dealer outlets will

be located at One Utama Shopping Centre, IOI City Mall, IPC Shopping Centre and Publika

Shopping Gallery, making a total 31 Signature outlets nationwide.

Signature Distribution CEO, Skyler of said: “The signing of these new dealerships is in

line with our plans for strategic growth in the retail segment, and we are proud to establish a

strategic collaboration with brand cooperation partners which will offer us opportunities to

cross over and give better service and products to consumers.”

“These agreements are signed to foster a long-term strategic alliance and growth with our

partners as we build our brand and create values for our client. The ultimate objective is to

create a healthy ecosystem when it comes to Interior design and furnishing which benefits both our business partners and our clients in long run. Signature will also be launching a new mobile app to provide better communication with all related parties including designers, subcontractors and distributors,” he added.

On 18 May 2022, Signature entered into a conditional share sale agreement to acquire 23.7%

equity in Fiamma Holding Berhad, which focuses on home and kitchen electrical appliances

including respectable in-house brands such as Elba, Faber, Rubine, Tuscani and Haustern.

“In line with our growth and expansion plan, the acquisition is to tap into Fiamma’s extensive

nationwide coverage on the distribution and servicing network of home and kitchen electrical

appliances, which will synergise with Signature’s kitchen cabinet and whole house

customisation business” said Group CEO KC Tan.

During the launch, the flagship store was awarded the ‘Largest Interior Design showroom in

Malaysia’ by the Malaysia Book of Records.
